The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) is one of the world’s one of the world’s premium and most influential events for the oil and gas industry. As a premium exhibition and conference platform, ADIPEC hosts hundreds of speakers, thousands of exhibiting companies and tens of thousands of trade professionals from around the world. The 2016 Adipec exhibition and conference attracted 2000+ exhibitors and more than 90,000 visitors from over 120 countries.

REGISTRATION AND STAND BOOKING
IRO offers you participation in the Dutch Pavilion at this major oil & gas event. There are various options for participation: you can choose to obtain raw space to build your own stand, you can acquire floor space including standard stand design & construction, or you may participate in the IRO lounge, either with a representative or by displaying your brochures. Together with your participation in the Holland Pavilion, you will be offered extended promotional and networking opportunities, such as free exposure in the Offshore Holland magazine and access to the Holland networking reception.
IRO’s role as Pavilion organiser includes co-ordination and support in organisation and logistics before, during and after the show, as well as on-site assistance and provision of lounge & catering facilities throughout the show. For ADIPEC 2017, IRO intends to continue the cooperation with the Holland + You project with the aim to further strengthen business relationships between the Netherlands and the GCC countries.

- US$ 700,- Raw space in Dutch pavilion (booth from 21 m2; IRO members)
- US$ 800,- Raw space in Dutch pavilion (booth from 21 m2; non-members)
Please note that all exhibitors will be charged a one-time fee of USD 650,= for the new mandatory marketing kit & insurance coverage that is not included in the stand price.
Square metre prices have a dollar and an euro component. These two added, form the total price per square metre. Prices are excl. of VAT.
