IRO kindly invites you to participate in the Dutch pavilion at the ADIPEC Exhibition 2016, Abu Dhabi, UAE, which will take place from 7-10 November 2016.
The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) is the world’s new meeting point for Oil & Gas professionals. The previous edition closed on 12 November 2015 having attracted 2,050 exhibitors and 94,661 attendees from 125 countries during the 4 days of the event. ADIPEC provides an unrivalled global platform for Oil & Gas professionals to do business. The world-renowned conference programme within ADIPEC further educates and provides knowledge transfer and unparalleled network working opportunities.
Located in the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi acts as a natural cross roads between the east and the west and is fast becoming one of the world’s most influential energy hubs for the 21st century.

IRO assists participants of the Dutch pavilion before, during and after the show, helps with all the necessary forms and deadlines, provides a standard stand construction, built by Gielissen.
There will also be a lounge in the Dutch pavilion where you can have drinks with your business relations. If you would like to participate in the Dutch pavilion, please fill in the attached application form and return it to IRO before 31 March 2016. It is also possible to take part in the IRO lounge where companies will share the space or with brochures only.

N.B. Square metre prices have a dollar and an euro component. These two added, form the total price per square metre. Prices are excl. VAT.
Costs IRO Lounge
- € 2.500,- Including Brochures, one wall panel (90cm x 90 cm), and one representative.
- € 300,-* Brochures in IRO booth (IRO members only)
* Each company is allowed to have 2 different types of brochures in the IRO Booth. This option does not include lounge facilities.
