Join the IRO Netherlands Pavilion at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston!
Being one of the world’s leading offshore energy shows that has been organized since 1969, OTC is where the world’s energy professionals meet to exchange knowledge and share ideas and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for Offshore resources.
The energy transition is becoming an important part of the exhibition with an energy transition pavilion and an offshore wind lounge central on the exhibition floor and a substantial part of the conference topics.

For 2023 the logistic costs have gone up significantly and are fluctuating a lot. Therefore we have decided to list those separately.

N.B. Square metre prices have a dollar and an euro component. These two added, form the total price per square metre. Prices are excl. VAT.
* the amount of $ 275 /m2 is a rough estimation of the standard stand building logistics costs (shipping + local transport costs called ‘drayage’) These costs are fluctuating so much that we have decided to list those separately. Obviously together with our logistics partner Impeco we do everything in our power to mitigate those. For custom stand building logistics cost depend largely on the design.

Please note that all companies (including new applicants) who are interested to be considered for a stand at OTC 2023 are explicitly invited to submit an application form to formalise previous verbal or written expressions of interest. Only in this way, your company will be placed on the (waiting) list to be considered for stand space next year’s or future OTC editions.
- We are not able to guarantee your participation. If you have special requests, you can mark these on the application form.
- Please note that due to high number of registrants and a maximum number of square meters we are allowed to buy, we might need to create a waiting list. We are trying to accommodate all members as good as possible.
- IRO endeavours to comply with all the wishes of participants. However please be aware that due to the OTC regulations, IRO may be forced to impose severe restrictions on the location and size of individual booths. No guarantees whatsoever can be given at this point in time.
