Jamie Miller has joined the company as the Senior Global Business Development Manager for their World-class digitally enabled slickline service, Slick-E-Line® Products and Services. Whilst Craig Hughes has joined as the European Business Development Manager – Well Intervention to cover European sales, marketing and development.
Whilst the COVID-19 lockdown is a challenging period for oil and gas services globally, Paradigm Group are focused on expanding their cost reducing, lower carbon well intervention solutions to clients all around the world. Jamie will be responsible for Business Development and sales of Slick-E-Line®; a World-leading digital slickline product designed to maximize efficiency by combining slickline with real time telemetry for logging and perforating activities. Having previously worked in various operational and management roles with Baker Hughes and Spartek Systems Ltd, Paradigm are expecting that his 23+ years’ international experience working in Norway, Saudi, Algeria, Nigeria, Gabon & Angola, will help bolster sales globally.

Craig will also lend his 14+ years of experience across a multitude of roles within the cased hole intervention market to strengthen the company’s efforts. He has worked in the UK, Continental Europe, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Dubai, Russia, Libya and the Congo. For the past 5 years has been primarily focused on the UK and Dutch sectors.
Craig confirms, “Despite what is set to be an incredibly challenging market, opportunities are always present when you represent technologies that truly make a difference in lowering operational execution cost, whilst also minimising the environmental impact of well intervention activities. I am excited to be able introduce the Paradigm well intervention value proposition to new customers whilst enhancing existing customer relationships.”
