On Thursday 16 July 2020, IRO organised an interactive webinar on behavioral change and behavior as a basis for improving results in the workplace. The main questions of this webinar were: “How do you ensure behavioral change?” and “How can data be used to improve sustainability and safety?”.
Kelly Ruigrok – CEO The National Sustainability Institute – chaired a panel with Vincent Doedee, Mr. Sustainability at Heerema Marine Contractors and Ton van de Minkelis, Director QHSE at Van Oord, on behavioral change, data and sustainability. Frits Carlebur, Product manager at Bolster Safety gave a presentation on: “Behavioral change through insight and training – how can we translate the broad terms “safety culture” and “behavior” into concrete actions?” and “How can you permanently change behavior through microlearning?”.
