As you perhaps know, unfortunately there will be no Dutch pavilion/stand at Rio Oil & Gas this year (24-27 September).
We do think it’s important for the Netherlands to be present at this fair, especially in the context of the promising new developments of this sector in Brazil.
We are still in contact with the organizers of Rio Oil & Gas (IBP) and were offered the use of the fair’s mezzanine for one day in pavilion 3 (still availability on 26 & 27 September). There we have the possibility to organize a seminar/workshop (room for 70 pax public), followed by a networking cocktail, all to be organized somewhere between 12-20 h.
At the seminar/workshop, participating Dutch companies will have the possibility to present their product/services (exactly how, to be defined: for example by presentation/pitch/demonstration/video/etc.).
Costs of such an event will be BRL 60.000,00 (paid to IBP) plus another estimated BRL 5.000,00 for promotion/banners/etc. These total costs of BRL 65.000,00 will be shared between participating companies, so actual costs per company will depend on the number of participants.
Our question to you: would your company be interested in participating in this event? And if so, what date (26 or 27 September) would have your preference? Please let us know what you would like to do at the event and how much time you would need for that.
