ADIPEC 2021

IRO invites you to participate in the Holland pavilion at the ADIPEC Exhibition 2021, taking place from 15-18 November 2021 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The 23^rd edition will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) is one of the world’s premium and most influential events and meeting point for the oil and gas industry. Over the years the exhibition has grown exponentially and keeps doing so. ADIPEC 2019 attracted even more visitors than 2018: 155,000! Furthermore over 2,200 exhibitors spread over 15 exhibition halls showed themselves to the world. Also the exhibition hosted more than 160 conference sessions and more than 1,000 expert speakers.

Why participate?

The number of attendees keeps growing every year with more visitors, exhibitors and thought-leaders than ever before. Besides that, Expo 2020 Dubai starts in October 2021 and The Netherlands will of course be part of this great event. The water-food-energy nexus is central to sustainable development. Demand for all three is increasing, driven by a rising global population, rapid urbanization, changing diets and economic growth. Agriculture is the largest consumer of the world’s freshwater resources, and more than one-quarter of the energy used globally is expended on food production and supply.

The Netherlands have chosen this water-food-energy nexus as its central theme throughout the Expo.

This will almost certainly attract even more visitors to ADIPEC and therefor more exposure for the Dutch! A perfect opportunity for you to present your company at ADIPEC!

Registration and stand booking (IRO members only)

IRO offers you participation in the Holland Pavilion at this major oil & gas event. There are various options for participation: you can choose to obtain raw space to build your own stand, you can acquire floor space including standard stand design & construction, or you may participate in the IRO lounge, either with a representative or by displaying your brochures. Together with your participation in the Holland Pavilion, you will be offered extended promotional and networking opportunities, such as free exposure in the Offshore Holland magazine and access to the Holland networking reception.

IRO’s role as Pavilion organiser includes co-ordination and support in organisation and logistics before, during and after the show, as well as on-site assistance and provision of lounge & catering facilities throughout the show.

Pricing schedule

Please note that all exhibitors will be charged a one-time fee of USD 825,-, for the ADIPEC mandatory marketing kit* and insurance coverage that is not included in the stand price (not applicable for brochure participation)

Square metre prices have a Dollar and an EURO component. These two added, form the total price per square metre. Prices are excl. of VAT.

Points of attention

• We are not able to guarantee your participation. If you have special requests, please mark these on the application form.
• IRO endeavours to comply with all the wishes of participants. IRO may be forced to impose restrictions on the location and size of individual booths. No guarantees whatsoever can be given at this point in time.
• The assignment of space will be announced by the end of July 2021 the latest.

Please note that the planned Holland Pavilion will take place subject to the measures regarding Covid-19 in the Netherlands and the country of the exhibition. IRO will monitor developments and keep participants informed.
