It is our pleasure – also on behalf of Van Oord – to invite you for a site visit to Van Oord’s Dubai Harbour project on Monday 11 November.
This visit is part of the Road to Expo2020 program to encourage the industry to actively participate in the Expo2020 in Dubai.
Together with “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dubai Expo2020 program committee” we are working on several offshore energy related activities during Expo2020 (October 2020-April 2021).

16.30 hrs: Bus departure from ADIPEC to Van Oord’s Dubai Harbour project
18.00 hrs: Arrival at the project site, snacks and drinks
18.30 hrs: Welcome by Koen Sweers, Area Manager Middle East (Van Oord)
18.40 hrs: Brief introduction Dubai Expo 2020 and role IRO by Tjerk Suurenbroek (IRO)
18.50 hrs: Presentation Dubai Expo 2020 by Consul General Hans Sandee
19.00 hrs: Break
19.15 hrs: Presentation Dubai Harbour by Herm Pol, Project Director (Van Oord)
19.30 hrs: Informal network reception
20.30 hrs: Short bus tour on project site Dubai Harbour
21.00 hrs: Bus departure to the hotels in Abu Dhabi
22.15 hrs: Estimated arrival time in Abu Dhabi
