Bronswerk Heat Transfer is pleased to announce the contract award by Wood, one of the world’s leading consulting and engineering companies operating across energy and the built environment, for the replacement of the Aftercoolers for the Kollsnes MEG Upgrade project.
Wood has earlier been awarded an EPCI contract for the Kollsnes MEG Upgrade project by Equinor on behalf of the operator Gassco. The scope awarded to Bronswerk Heat Transfer comprises the replacement of 41 bundles on an existing steel structure, to be connected to the existing tubing.
The overall contract value is above 5 million Euro and delivery will take place in 5 different phases over the coming year. In the bid phase Bronswerk Heat Transfer’s engineers developed a winning technical solution that proved to meet Equinor’s specifications.
CEO Ernst-Jan Huijbers of Bronswerk Heat Transfer: “I would like to make a large compliment to the Bronswerk team for their joined efforts to convince a rightfully demanding customer of the quality of our works and proposal! We look forward to the successful execution of this project and further co-operation between Wood, Equinor and Bronswerk Heat Transfer”.
