From September 7-9, 2020, Floating Offshore Wind Turbines (FOWT) will take place in Marseille, France. FOWT is the world’s largest event dedicated to floating offshore wind. The objective of FOWT is to further the advancement of floating wind and to accelerate its implementation into the global renewable energy mix.
Physical and virtual
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FOWT will be held both physical and virtual, which means that the conference program, the plenary sessions and the B2B matchmaking will be accessible in person and online. The program on September 9 will be 100% digitalized and will not be held physically. The FOWT exhibition area is only accessible on September 7 & 8.
The Dutch Embassy in Paris, together with Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE), the Netherlands Wind Energy Association (NWEA) and IRO, will organize a pop-up NL booth for all Dutch participants to showcase their logo and corporate movie. Dutch companies are eligible for a discounted price of €280,00 (per person, excluding VAT and travel related expenses) if ordering your conference tickets via us.* This price includes a conference ticket for all three days and participation in the pop-up NL booth.
NB: a minimum of 10 participants who will be physically present during the event, is required to proceed with the NL booth.
Deadline for registration: July 31, 2020. You can register by filling in the online registration form here.
*Registrations directly via the FOWT website/organization will not be eligible for a discount and will be charged the standard price. In case you want to participate in the NL booth but already booked your own tickets, please contact email@example.com to discuss the possibilities.
