Oil & Gas Asia (OGA) is considered the region’s No. 1 Oil & Gas exhibition. Over 23,000 visitors from more than 60 countries attended the show in 2017.
OGA has been running since 1987 and today it has more attendees and more exhibiting companies than any other show in the region. Over the years OGA has been growing in number of attendees and in number of exhibitors. This lies in the fact that Malaysia is becoming the petroleum industries regional center.
Southeast Asia has around 412 active offshore fields with ongoing field development activities. To sustain and increase oil and gas production, the focus is on deepwater exploration and EOR of mature fields with Malaysia generating big potential as a regional EOR hub. Needless to say that developments in the region are in full swing.
