Trade mission participants and Aramco management
The energy transition trade mission (from 29 January to 1 February) in Saudi Arabia, co-organised by IRO, concluded with a meeting with top management from Aramco in Dhahran in the presence of our ambassador Janet Alberda.
Aramco is firmly committed to sustainability, which is (summarised in) part of their Vision 2030. The participating companies have indicated to Aramco’s management that they can contribute to the realisation of Vision 2030. In order to gain new ideas or possibilities, the participating companies were asked to pitch their company and vision on sustainability, innovations and options for clean hydrogen applications. The response from Aramco to the short presentations was positive and it has been promised that there will be a follow-up.
