On Tuesday 10 December the economic seminar A Blue Connection – Portugal & The Netherlands will take place in Amsterdam.
The event will be organized by AICEP – Portugal’s Trade & Investment Agency and NML – The Dutch Maritime Network, as part of the Official Visit of the President of the Portuguese Republic to the Netherlands, invited by Their Majesties, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima.
The seminar will focus on the Blue Economy, an area where both Portugal and the Netherlands have significant expertise and tradition.
Topics will include ports, maritime transport, shipbuilding and repair, blue technology, ocean observation, renewable energy, and more.
The session is targeted at companies and entities from Portugal and the Netherlands, including clusters, business associations, R&D centers, universities, and others, that are involved in the Blue Economy.
The event will feature three panels with high-level entities and business leaders from both countries, discussing key trends, policies and opportunities in the afore mentioned sectors.
It will conclude with a networking cocktail, providing participants the chance to establish contacts and foster new partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
