Tuesday 19 May 2020 saw the premiere of our first webinar with current topics such as crisis communication and remote working. The online meeting was well attended with 60 participants, just as we are used to at our physical meetings. Jos Govaart speaker of Coopr, shared his knowledge of crisis communication. Is a crisis always a crisis or is it drama? How do you communicate during a crisis? Lotte Spijkerman, speaker of the Happiness Lab, and Esther Zijtregtop, speaker of VoorDeThuiswerkers.nl, provided insight into happiness at work and remote working. After the presentations there was still an opportunity to network and ask questions in separate break-out rooms.
