From August 29th to September 1st, 27 companies were at the Dutch Pavilion at the ONS in Stavanger. Due to the 2020 edition being skipped because of Covid, it was 4 years ago that we were last there. And it was so good to be there again. Well-organized fair that was busy with over 61,000 visitors and more than 1000 exhibitors.
Some highlights
On Monday, Sandor Gaastra, Director-General for Climate and Energy at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, visited the pavilion, where he spoke to most companies and updated himself on the innovations and solutions to shape the energy transition.
On Tuesday, we organized a well-attended reception in collaboration with Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) at the pavilion to bring the Norwegian and Dutch supply chains into contact with each other. Before that, the Dutch Ambassador in Norway visited the pavilion and after speaking to several participants, he opened the network reception and mingled with the guests. We have worked very nicely with the Embassy this week.
At the initiative of RPPC, we had a barista at the pavilion who could print pre-delivered company logos on the milk foam. All in all, a very successful exhibitions with enthusiastic participants!
We are already working on securing the next edition in 2024.
Next year, we will have a Dutch Pavilion during Offshore Europe in Aberdeen in this period.
