The Netherlands Pavilion at ADIPEC 2022 is sold out. 

IRO invites you to participate in the Netherlands Pavilion at the ADIPEC Exhibition, taking place from 31 October – 3 November 2022 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

We see this exhibition developing into the biggest tradeshow worldwide on energy sourcing and we have secured the same good spot on the floor plan of this fast growing exhibition as last year.

ADIPEC 2022 will accelerate the energy transition, unlock real value in a decarbonised future, showcase ground-breaking technologies and explore actionable strategies and solutions to the challenges and opportunities created by complex global energy market dynamics.

Why participate?

The number of attendees keeps growing every year with more visitors, exhibitors and thought leaders than ever before. ADIPEC 2022 is where the world’s energy ecosystem – including 2,200 exhibiting companies, 52 NOCs, IOCs, NECs and IECs and 28 international exhibiting country pavilions – will come together to explore market trends, source solutions and conduct business across the industry’s full value chain.
Alongside the exhibition, ADIPEC 2022 will host the Offshore & Marine Exhibition and Conference, Digitalization in Energy Exhibition and Smart Manufacturing Exhibition and Conference. These dedicated exhibition and conferences will enable the global energy industry to strengthen existing business partnerships and form new models of cross-sector collaboration to unlock and maximize value across businesses and drive future growth.

Registration and stand booking (IRO members only)

IRO offers you participation in the Holland Pavilion at this major oil & gas event. There are various options for participation: you can choose to obtain raw space to build your own stand, you can acquire floor space including standard stand design & construction, or you may participate in the IRO lounge, either with a representative or by displaying your brochures. Together with your participation in the Holland Pavilion, you will be offered extended promotional and networking opportunities, such as free exposure in the Offshore Holland magazine and access to the Holland networking reception.

IRO’s role as Pavilion organiser includes co-ordination and support in organisation and logistics before, during and after the show, as well as on-site assistance and provision of lounge & catering facilities throughout the show.

Pricing schedule

Please note that all exhibitors will be charged a one-time fee of USD 1075 for the ADIPEC mandatory marketing kit* and insurance coverage that is not included in the stand price (not applicable for brochure participation)

Please note that the shipping costs are significant and are fluctuating quite a bit. We are doing everything in our power to prevent it (e.g. source as much as possible locally), but there might be additional charges added later.

Square metre prices have a Dollar and an EURO component. These two added, form the total price per square metre. Prices are excl. of VAT.

* mandatory marketing kit: mobile app profile entry, online website entry, HTML e-mail signature & e-invitation, global meetings programme, lead retrieval & barcode scanner via mobile app, listing with profile on the website

Points of attention

• We are not able to guarantee your participation. If you have special requests, please mark these on the application form.
• IRO endeavours to comply with all the wishes of participants. IRO may be forced to impose restrictions on the location and size of individual booths. No guarantees whatsoever can be given at this point in time.
• The assignment of space will be announced by the end of July the latest.
