The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) is where world’s energy professionals meet to exchange knowledge and share ideas and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for Offshore resources. OTC gives you access to leading-edge technical information, the industry’s largest equipment exhibition, and valuable new professional contacts from around the globe. Its large international participation provides excellent opportunities for global sharing of technology, expertise, products, and best practices. The OTC 2018 edition attracted more than 61,300 attendees with more than 2,500 exhibiting companies from 42 countries.

Participation in the Holland Pavilion
This year’s edition will take place from 6 May – 9 May 2019 at NRG Park, in Houston, Texas, USA. As in previous years, IRO organises the Holland Pavilion that will be located at a prime position in the main Hall. IRO offers you participation in the Holland Pavilion at this major offshore event.
There are various options for participation:
- you can choose to obtain raw space to build your own stand
- you can acquire floor space including a standard stand design
- or participate with brochures in the IRO booth
Together with your participation in the Holland Pavilion, you will be offered extended promotional and networking opportunities, such as access to the Holland networking reception, organised in co-operation with the Dutch government.
IRO’s role as Pavilion organiser includes co-ordination and support in organisation and logistics before, during and after the show, as well as on-site assistance and provision of lounge & catering facilities throughout the show.

Points of attention
Due to the vast interest for OTC, we would like to draw your attention to the following:
Please note that all companies (including new applicants) who are interested to be considered for a stand at OTC 2019 are explicitly invited to submit an application to formalise previous verbal or written expressions of interest. Only in this way, your company will be placed on the (waiting) list to be considered for stand space next year’s or future OTC editions.
- We are not able to guarantee your participation. If you have special requests, you can mark these on the application form.
- IRO endeavours to comply with all the wishes of participants. However please be aware that due to the OTC regulations, IRO may be forced to impose severe restrictions on the location and size of individual booths. No guarantees whatsoever can be given at this point in time.
- The assignment of space will be announced as soon as possible after closing of the registration, by the end of September 2018 latest.
