Work Wise is able to offer highly skilled personnel thanks to many years of experience in various sectors of the petrochemical industry. We have an extensive and diversified staff database, with selected workforce from Holland, Belgium;United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and Asia.
We strongly believe in good communication. That is why we hold regular evaluations with our clients about the ongoing and future temporary personnel arrangements.
Work Wise possesses the VCU (Health and Safety Checklist for temp staffing agencies) and NEN 4400-1 certificates for Holland, ensuring our compliance with all safety and quality requirements. We are moreover member of the sector association NBBU (Dutch Union of Mediation and Temporary Employment Agencies) and of the IRO (Association of Dutch Suppliers in the Oil and Gas Industry).
